These general service terms describe how AMR Installs Inc. quotes and performs work. They are provided for transparency; the signed project contract, proposal, or subcontract agreement for each job is the controlling document and supersedes this page wherever they differ.
Written bids are based on the plans, specifications, and site conditions made available to us at the time of bidding. Bids are valid for unless stated otherwise. Conditions discovered after bid — concealed conditions, code changes, or scope growth — are handled by written change order.
Schedules are coordinated with the general contractor, property team, or agency representative. We plan work to respect operating businesses — including occupied hotels — and coordinate quiet hours, phasing, and access in advance.
Work outside the contracted scope proceeds only after a written change order is approved. Change orders state the price and schedule impact before the work is done.
Payment terms, retention, and progress-billing schedules are set in each contract.
Where our scope requires permits, we perform work to code and coordinate required inspections. Responsibility for permit fees is defined in the project contract.
AMR Installs Inc. holds CSLB License #1044175 and Alarm Company Operator #8090 . We are bonded and insured . Certificates of insurance are available for bid packages on request.
We stand behind our installations. Warranty terms for labor and materials are stated in each project contract.
We aim to resolve issues directly and quickly. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are handled as set out in the project contract and under California law.
